Type: Adults-only or Family oriented. Are you planning on inviting children or not? make some bargain to accommodate more in one room or for at least extra beds.

Size: Large resort with a ton of restaurant and activity or a smaller more intimate location with a more limited offer. Does it have elevators and/or a shuttle service across the resort. Try resort to give your guest free pickup and drop to station or airport or in resort service or you add this in some marginal in your package, it will reduce your logistic cost.

Cost: I know cost comes back a lot! However, it is important to know which resort will fit your guest’s budget. Setting an average or maximum price (per person/per night) will help narrow down the list.

But Tara is unaware of this. Deepak and Tara now on the top of the mountain, a beautiful and scenic atmosphere were there. suddenly Deepak sit on his knees and asked Tara…WILL U MARRY ME?

Tara was shocked and even surprised to saw Deepak Proposal. she never thought of this. She is in a dilemma about what’s going on. She is still in seven heavens, she wants to live this moment for life, After a few seconds, She Smiles and Says……YES. 

Now a Journey begins, Mr. Malay gets to know about all this. They happily accepted Deepak as his future son-in-law. Mr. Malay wants to meet the Deepak family, though they already familiar with each other but this time, meeting is different.

Mrs & Mr.Arora (Deepak’s Mother & Father) Comes to Tara’s home and meets & greets each other. They all are very happy and gave a blessing to Deepak and Tara and later planned Destination Wedding.

Mr. Malay says Now, shall we began our next steps. Being a father, I have to work hard to get all things done, means decide the date, venue, caterer, decorator, events, and all.

Mr. Arora Smile & Says Don’t Worry We will hire a good wedding planner who can do his job nicely. because they are familiar with all these things very frequently.

Mr. Malay said why to hire and paid another person to manage our function. I can handle it easily.

Mr.Arora told Mr. Malay, Malayji in our own child wedding if we busy in manage other things then how will we manage our rituals and guest welcome. A wedding planner will take care of the timeline of events, Rsvp, guest schedule and management, vendor management, package planning, etc., or with all these issues can we take care of our beloved ones?

After hearing from Mr.Arora, Mr. Malaysilently asks Mr. Arora do he know any good wedding planner. Everybody stares at Mr. Malay and laughs loudly…hahaha. ha   

Now, the role begins...

Timeline: In the very next meeting, Mr. Pankaj makes a list of their Event Ceremony & finalize their timeline or schedule. Mr. Pankaj Ask both of their families to make a guest list for their logistics and hospitality.

Graphic Design:- Ones frame out graphic designing of invitation cards soft copy Mr.Pankaj send for correction to both family and finalize invitations. In this, they cover invitation hard and soft copy, couple logo, WhatsUp invitation video, save the date, banners or flex to the welcoming ceremony, schedule cards, luggage tags, etc.

Decoration & Other Production Requirements. On One Sunday Mr. Pankaj Planned a get-together of both the family to finalize the Decoration part of all ceremonies. Haldi/Mehndi, Pool Party, Sangeet, Cocktail/Mocktails, Phera, or Reception.

Mr. Pankaj told to Family, we finalize all vendors for your upcoming event. Photographer, videographer, DJ setup, Mehndi artist, troupe for a particular event, entry concept of bride and groom, hospitality, logistic, tent, decorator, light production, and all….

….to hear all this, Mr. Malay got slightly anxious and asked Mr. Pankaj …Tell me the team of production part will be approx 100+ then how can we arrange their stay and food in this expensive resort. Then Mr. Pankaj  Smile and told him that he planned and arrange the production team in a nearby budgeted Hotel. Ohh…you did a very great job, sir, Mr.Malay Replies with a smile.
